Obstruction, 2nd commander of the Codes.

Identification is the red, gritty skin covering 90% of his body.

Hinted by his name, his ability is the means of creation. He can create most things from scratch. Some things that outweigh his usual preference require base solutions to work from. He is most seen creating the faceless monsters that the Codes use as grunts.

Nothing is really known about his background before his demise into a Code, but he may be related to someone on the protagonist's team.

His eyes contain datamined information. Though it is unknown what exactly, considering that he even can't extract it.
